Title: My favourite Jamaican Recipe: Curry Goat

Story: 4lb Goat meat
2 garlic
1 spoonful thyme
2 sp black pepper
4sp curry powder
2 sp paprika
½ sp all purpose seasoning

1. Wash meat with warm water use vinegar and lime.
2. Put meat in saucepan.
3. Then rub all the ingredients in the meat until it come together
4. Best to left over night for best result.
5. Leave on fire to cook for 2 hours
6. When cooked then serve with rice and peas, roast potatoes sprouts, cabbage and carrot.
