Basic Skills Agency. Independent charitable agency funded by DIUS and the Welsh Assembly Government. Now located at NIACE.

CEL

Centre for Excellence in Leadership: http://www.centreforexcellence.org.uk.
National agency to support leadership in the post-16 sector. On 1 October 2008 CEL and the Quality Improvement Agency (QIA) transferred their operations to the Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS).
